SN Update 1.05

Update Objectives: Bugfixes, Quality of Life improvements

Detailed Changes: 

• CAFE/PRISON INTERFACE: I made it easier to see what dates are available based on the items that you own. If you have the item for a date, it's label will appear green, otherwise it will be red. This will allow you to quickly scan which dates are possible without having to click into each button individually.
• Enabled the Prestige mechanic. It is a work-in-progress calculation right now, and has no effect other than showing you how impressive your harem appears.
• I felt the maximum price offered for slaves in the Slave Market by buyers was too high, so I reduced it to a more reasonable calculation. You won't see people offering $20,000 anymore.
• Various minor bugfixes.
