Update version 0.3

Fixes:

• Longer loading but better fps. Async loading added.

NEW:

• Better voices 
• Async loading
• Can finish game, pass trough whole map behind village, neutralize all tanks and once you get near end of map you will hit endscreen ;)
• Camera new positions
