Small polish updates

• Truck sound no longer plays in the wrong scene
• grid has greater snap range
• cargo no longer gets stuck snapped in grid while dragging
• damage done and rankings in levels are now saved
• cargo sfx for pickup, placing, and damage added
• new cursor
