There was a CTD bug that I found in the brothel scene if you were using one of the foreign-language flashcard decks. This update should completely fix the crash, and resolve a couple minor aesthetic issues in the Brothel scene. If you don't use or intend to use the foreign language flashcards, you can skip this update.
You only need to download the "Secluded in Nightshine.exe and Secluded in Nightshine.pck. You don't need to re-download the girlpacks.
