Long Overdue Update

The boss generator has been updated for the first time in a little over a year, which is silly considering there were only a few days of work necessary to get us where we are from last time:

• Added General Fettgesicht base to the generator, finally rounding up the original 6 bosses. Sights are set now on the Spear of Destiny bosses.
• Added many new color variations and standardized color rotation for most articles of clothing on all of the bosses.
• Added the Spiked Shoulders special piece to the Hitler base, which was confusingly missing that part.
• Some minor cleanup of sprites, fixing some bugs, etc.
