Rheum - Updated readability

This update is small but i think it's important. Especially for newcomers.

• Increased player speed. Just a wee bit.
• Your first time opening Rheum will drop down the options menu. 
• Made it more obvious when your rheum meter is full
• Updated the player health meter to be more obvious as to how many hits you have left.

If you got Rheum right from launch you might've gotten used to the player movement. The players speed would accelerate towards its max speed. Some players found this to be a disadvantage. I'm working towards putting in an option to switch between the old player movement and the new.

Old player movement was faster overall but slower to reach full speed.

New player movement is just a little bit slower but there's no acceleration.
