After someone managed to beat Rose Quartz without her taking a single turn thanks to Stimulant abuse, I decided some rebalancing was in order.

• Stimulant price increased to 10 (from 6).
• Rose Quartz and Nicole now have tolerance vs. Knocked Down instead of Off-Balance, and now have tolerance 1 vs. Stunned.
