Update 2.2 - 60 fps | Tutorial | Resolution Upgrade

Hello!  Nothin to fancy for this update.

I previously forgot to put the game at 60fps.  now it is :)  I've also added some main menus and smoothed out some of the user interface.

Upgrade to 400X225 resolution from the previous 320X180.  Now its closer to SNES resolutions.

A fully functional interactive Tutorial!  Its not totally complete yet but it teaches the basics.

New Vessel Properties

• Added the bleed function again.  Liked its original function and speeds up the gameplay to force players to hit each other.
• New crack system.  Each character now has three kind of lives.  After the vessel has cracked three times the player dies.
