You can now click a faction's name on its leaderboard to view its info and highlight its star systems.
Bug Fixes/Minor Changes:
>"System Age" changed to "Rule Length" because that is more accurate
>Rule length is now measured in years
>Time scaling slowed down to 40%
>Added hover effects for buttons
