I have come back to spend some time on the engine. I am in the process of adding random combat and working out some sort of save and load system. Maybe using passwords or something. I am actually torn between working out something that would be more modern than that or if staying true to the old school ways that it was done back in the day. My original goal was to make something that stayed true to the early text adventures with only a few updates where it made sense.
