I'm still occasionally plugging away. A new version has been uploaded which changes how the initial capitalisation works (by randomly assigning some bonds before the initial auction) and clarifies the rules around bankruptcy.
There has been a more significant change to how negative dividends are treated, with them now coming from players, not the company treasury.
This remains in playtesting, so these things may still change. Your feedback is always very welcome.
