Changelog :
- Change duration of x2 bonus to 10 sec
- x2 bonuses are now cumulable
- extra life will now spawn without condition of life < 2, but if the bonus is picked up with 3 lives, the bonus will give 500 extra points
- Cookies now give invulnerability of 7 secs.
