Content:

Added Souls shop

• Get souls by changing world
• Massive bow atk speed upgrade
• Enemies spawn rate upgrade
• Bonus Gold, XP and Souls upgrades

Fixes:

• UI should now work better on most resolutions
• Windowed by default now
• Next World button won't stuck player no more
