This update is more of my attempt to optimize. I was able to bring up the FPS from 30 to 60 in the City and higher elsewhere. Still needs some work, maybe I will reduce the elements in the City areas.
Also started working on the Missions Mode(Formally Roam Mode), there is a rudimentary Notebook type system you can access by pressing the '?' key that includes instructions and a map.
Got a lot more to work on but I like the direction it is going so far.
