v1.0 Update

Hooray the complete release is here!
Of course, there will be more updates to come, but "Don't Run With Swords" is officially on version 1.0!
v1.0 Patch Notes:
- Added more SFX:
- Sound for when the player passes a checkpoint
- Sound for when the player picks up ammo
- Added environment details to all current levels
- Added a basic pause mechanic
- Created menus:
- Enemy knights now have a tell before they throw their sword
- A red exclamation mark will pop up next to the knight half a second before they throw their sword
- Increased the distance that the enemy knight can detect the player
- Decreased the cooldown time for enemy knights
- Enemy knights no longer throw swords if they stopped detecting the player suddenly
- The player can now jump up through platforms from underneath
- A small animation plays when the player completes the level
- The player will jump up on top of the cart and they will both move for a few seconds
- Made the ammo UI more clear
- Added a sword symbol next to the ammo UI
