Danger Zone

Mechanics

• A zone that can take damage over time (the amount and speed can be tweaked).
• A zone that can disable jumping and dashing (can be tweaked).
• A zone that can decrease movement speed (can be tweaked).

Known issues

• A zone that can decrease movement speed but when exiting the zone, the player will not get their original speed back (needs to be fixed)

Dash

Mechanics

• The player can dash left and right with the arrow keys
• The dash recharges after 5 seconds and once the player is on the ground

Known issues

• Camera lag doesn’t work properly yet
• There is an issue with the dash not recharging under some conditions, haven't quite figured out the exact conditions
• If the player dashes while in the air, the dash direction is reversed
