Survival crash hotfix & fixes

A crash was detected yesterday on Survival mode after players are burned by molotovs. Here's the full changes:

• Survival molotov's fire crash fix.
• Removed xmas hats.
• Players can be customized on Survival now.
• Game won't start in fullscreen anymore.
• Crates removed from survival (they prevented the door from being opened)
• Re added health bars for harder enemies.
• New tree assets for campaign.
• Flashlight is less bright.
• Improved gibbing for NPCs
• Other minor changes.
