Just a few fixes for bugs that occurred with the latest release.

List of changes:

- Added requirements for the repeat command: Has to be closed by repeatend, has to contain at least 1 wait command
- Fixed errors/crash when loading some custom levels
- Fixed behaviour when loading instructions after watching a highscore
- Fixed how the skip line is drawn
- Fixed skip intro button being in the way of the Extreme2 level's intro
