Updated the visuals and added a difficulty alongside relevant high score tracker for games played on each difficulty.
There is an issue with the Hard score reflecting on start screen after a difficulty change or when cycling through the button before any first game.
NB: Should be fixed for next iteration, but makes little sense outside of maybe not reaching the call to set this value due to position in conditional statement and in critical time against the game loop revolution. Testing this area today :)
