First step towards U1 - development build update

Change log:

• Guild house has a new NPC to give guidance
• Guild house has a portal to teleport player to distant locations
• New dungeon
• New boss fight
• First AOE spell (used with left hand trigger/squeeze)

This current release is still development build. It should work but couple of bugs here and there. Any feedback is really appreciated.

Next release is going to focus on fixing existing bugs and "features" before making any new content.
