Postjam bugfix update

It's about time. We knew of a few bugs which made it into the original submission due to deadline constraints. Many people who played it also pointed out bugs and technical problems. The updated version will now be playable/downloadable. However, the original files will also remain unchanged. Please report any bugs with these bugfixes.

News:

• Map has been fixed, making the optional southeastern area accessible
• The collectables counter now shows how many books you collected, instead of 0
• The Earth Tome is now correctly named.
