New title screen

Am new to creating pixel art, so spent an afternoon trying to put together a new title page for the game. Wanted to emphasize the blue hair of the player's character, and after some initial tests, ended up using 8 actors in order to recolor the hair. Afterward, I though it'd be cool to animate the hair and add some sound effects.
