Update 1.2.4d
- Added a beta version of a new "sequences" feature in the arcade.  These are series of tracks that play back to back with a harder health bar.  Currently there is no leaderboard for these.
- Potentially fixed an issue that was causing crash logs to not be useful.  Please keep sending crash logs!
- In the editor, added alt-key shortcuts to all menus.
- Fixed a crash that would happen in the arcade screen when changing sort with Ctrl+Tab.
- Fixed a bug in some tracks where the audio would become distorted during turns when in speed mode.
- Only draw and narrate ghost rival positions for the first 20 places.
