Fairly big update

I made a lot of additions:

• more obstacles in the spikedog desert
• unlockable hats
• save data for unlocked and selected hats
• milliseconds in clear time
• a restart button in the menu
• some new meshes/decorations mostly 'paintings'
• tried to reduce number of particles for performance, seemingly didn't do anything

The game might run slower now, though I'm not sure if it's just my laptop overheating running Godot other stuff at the same time.
