Cantrip 3.0.1

This patch mostly improves the usefulness of “Third eye opens”. Otherwise, it has a few bug fixes and requests.

• “Third eye opens” now lasts 6 turns and reveals all cards, including the top of your own draw pile.
• Your preference for full screen is now saved and applied when you start the game.
• Hovering over the bottom of the cards to draft no longer makes them bounce.
• Fixed a bug where screen shake left the screen at a random offset of 1 pixel after it stopped.
• Fixed a crash on enemies playing “Searing flame”.
