Update 0.4.4

Hi all,

Another small update.

This just fixes some minor bugs from 0.4.3.

• The skill "Tranquility" (which removes any negative states from a party member) has been fixed. Some new negative states that were created after this skill weren't added to this skill.
• More minor map changes.
• More enemy stat and skill changes
• New enemies have been created and can be encountered when 0.5 is released.
• New skills and animations have been created for certain enemies.
• Various other minor bug fixes.
