Minor update - RetroFuel v0.1-r

This is a revision looking to increase compatibility with emulator setups which crashed the game under certain settings. If you have downloaded v0.1 previously and played through the game with no issues or if you are using real hardware, then there is no need to update.

• Packs HDPMI32 as the DOS extender
• Adds a free memory counter to monitor system requirements
