Minor update - Fixed crash if game folder can't be written to

The title very much says it all.  Fixed a bug that would crash the game if the folder was not write/readable to the user.  This is a fix in the meanwhile until I change the game to potentially save to the operating system's user folder.  This generally shouldn't be affect many players but in case it does, just make sure you have full access to the folder you're extracting the game to.
