Based on some feedback, this patch adds more impact and physicality to the combat. There are some more sound effects, and some extremely subtle screen shake and hit stops. The hit stops and screen shake are not necessarily noticeable but add a lot to the sense of impact. A couple of bug fixes as well, plus reduced excess characters. The monsters sometimes do not fall through the floor in the caves now, so hopefully players will encounter them more often!
