Movement System:
It seemed like an overwhelming majority of our playtesters seemed to think the movement system was fine, at least for the scope of this project, so I don't think we'll be touching it.
Map:
Our goal here was to make an environment reminiscent of the classic Pokemon games, which after polling our playtesters it seems like we managed to do so.
Player Battle Comprehension:
We expected to run into some problems here and it seems like many of the players were left confused with what their moves did in battle. Without visual or audible feedback, players aren't very confident that their abilities are doing anything. We'll try to add visual effects, audio feedback, and most likely explain the moves more clearly in the description text. We should also add elemental indicators so the players understand when they have advantages or disadvantages.
