Reindeer Story has a Battle Zone! What’s a Battle Zone?
Well when it’s the enemies turn to attack, one of your characters is brought into the
If you’ve played Undertale or Deltarune you’ll know what to do! Move those feet and evade attacks.
So all you can do is evade? NOPE! A battle mechanic for this game is:
While you wander the battle zone your Z-Gauge fills. When it fills, Press the Action Button and Presto! You break the conventions of RPGs! Launching a Z-Attack! A Zone Attack!

You can also influence which of your characters is targeted. Equipment or status effects may increase/decrease your characters chance of being attacked. Some may effect how long you're in the battle zone for and others might increase the charge rate of the Z-Gauge.
There's quite a lot of layers to the game's mechanics, Exciting! I'm looking to get the prototype out to play by December!
