Added Help Menus

This new update adds help menus. I am going to add tutorials as well, but help menus are good because they can be referenced at almost any time. There might be some soft-locks caused by how I built it so please notify me of any bugs so I can investigate - I think I got them all though. Every area of the game now has these help menus to explain things much better.
