#Demo
I went over the demo as it was with one of my friends (who happens to voice the Secret Master) and I was given a lot of good stuff to work off of! While there were a couple of programming fixes cleaning up controls and stuff like that, here are a few noticeable additions:
-All references to controls are now reflective of any remapped keys the player may have changed, rather than the default controls.
-I added two tutorial dialogues to make the combat mechanics more transparent, as they were clearly not being communicated well enough to call it done.
-Added a little notification when significant events trigger diary entries being added, if the player cares to read them and keep up to date with them.
-A couple different sprites having colors edited to blend in with the background less, and convey what they are supposed to be more clearly.
Hopefully these are only the beginning of how the demo will be improved by December, as long as I get feedback I'm able to keep moving forward! But for now I'll be getting back to some art, I'm hoping to get a trailer done for the game before the final demo is released!
