The Free Version has been updated to a resolution of 722x1024px. New content has been added which can be viewed here: https://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=54239568
The HD version is now 1445x2048px and will cost $1.
Both the HD and Free versions have the exact same content.
