Project Black Version 1.0

This is the fully playable beginning of the game Project Black with all the music and most of the sfx added.

Fixes from previous version:

1. Added ambiant music
2. Added sfx
3. Adjusted menu timers speed

Bugs:

-Fixed logic issues with menu timers

-Fixed fadeout sequence overlap in the beginning
