Fixes:
- Track spline editor: Fixed the Interpolate Normals (i) command.
- Song parameter editor: Added an interpolate values command.
- Song editor: added the ability to place the note column lines on the top or bottom or neither, toggleable with shift-L.
- Wide/jump notes can now be placed on the ceiling by setting the note height with shift-H.
