Mr. Krabs v1.18

Major improvements to overall bugs and known issues, new items have been added

• Health Bar
• Ketamine now gives additional health
• Ketamine increases overall speed and time of the game
• New quests
• ChumBucket has been added
• Fixed Texture issues
• Squashed bugs involving car and player mechanics
• Managed HUD (dev only)

There is still tons of comments, questions, bugs, and additions to go over. Sadly I am a one man arm and I will get to those questions as soon as humanly possible.
