0.3 (Chapter 3) & Android Build

Hello everybody, here is version 0.3! A brand new update for Panda Dynasty for you to enjoy your Halloween evening!

It's a little bit short, but I promise that 0.4.1 will be bigger.

the list of what was added:

- Chapter 3 added, with more 3K of story;

- A new CG;

- A new sprite of Torito shirtless...

- A version for Android!
