Added a Minimap in first person view

There is now a minimap in the ego perspective!  When a level is completed, you can play it over and over again with the help of the level selection and improve your rating.  The game progress is saved permanently, so you can quit the game and try the level again later.   The game is almost finished, only some levels and a few graphic updates are missing.

The Android version has not been updated yet, for this version there will be some more customization especially for Android.
