Thanks to an astute player, a major bug was found and fixed. Miki would not appear properly if the current main quests were completed before her first character quest. This has been resolved. Save files should not be affected by this patch. All you need to do is transfer your save directory to the new version directory and pick up the game where you left off.
If any other players find any more bugs, do not hesitate to report them to me. :)
