More Bug Fixes For Version 0.1.6

Some more bugs were reported today so I fixed them and reuploaded the game files.

• Fixed a bug where Almond Tincture Recipe was not getting added to Recipe list.
• Recipes for Lens and Parchment should now show up at Lvl 2 Artifice and Alchemy respectively.
• You can now fix Aria's Telescope yourself, there was a bug preventing this action from being possible.
• Travelers now have an additional 10% chance to spawn during the Pamphlet Delivery Quest.
