I've uploaded version 1.0rc3. This adds a hint in Yoshi's house about the total number of exits, and that they're completable small only. Outrageous has also been modified to make it easier to complete small only. Outrageous small only is still extremely difficult (assuming you're not using speed strats), and feels unfair mostly due to the lack of warning before a bullet bill launches. I'm likely to go ahead with this because I'm not sure what else I can do, short of adding a star which would make the stage trivial.
