Dark themes, bug fixes, etc

Changes:

The following list includes most but not all of the additions/updates.

• Two full dark themes (purple, and blue)
• Added a sprite sheet variation with no shadow
• Fixes a few missing shadows
• Some slight color ajustments
• Cleaned up file/folder organization
• Better looking Itch page
