October 1.3 Build

Hi Folks,

1.3 is now up!

It should be stable but if not do please let me know of any issues.

This addresses a large swathe of the feedback presented with pacing, animation speed and more QOL stuff.

It would be too long  a list of minor and major changes to write them all.

Unless there is something major, this will be the last demo update as i move onto the rest of the game properly.
