- The bestiary now flags every enemy as encountered (allowing them to appear in the bestiary) on game load.

properties are now in lowercase, for standardization with hp

- The code for formation and bestiary menu entries have been offloaded to separate twee files.

encountered
flag for bestiary entries is now flipped in callEncounter
instead of the Enemy
constructor.
