I've just made a quick update that should correct the game hogging the GPU at 90%+ due to uncapped framerate since now the framerate is capped at 60
Also removed what I could find of VR inputs that were possibly triggering the erroneous startup of SteamVR. Will look further into this in the future
Redownload the game to get the fixes
