Update v0.2

Improvements:

• Robot jumps more realistically
• Screws on hand don't overlap with robot body
• Screen shake goes brrrrr (Let me know if it is too much)
• Volume settings now available
• Game can be paused using 'Escape' key
• Screws don't overlap with each other
• Smoother downloadable build now available

Bug fixes:

• Pressing space to restart only works when player is dead
• BGM now loops
• Robots always touches the ground after jumping
