New public build, v0.3.00.0!

Hayo! New monthly public build, and the first public beta release! This time around we've got a whole UI overhaul, including new interactive backgrounds for the towns and camp, and new UIs for the character, inventory, shop, check, quest log, world map, and encounter screens! There's also a bunch of hot new content as well, so check out the changelog below, and thanks for following our game!
