Patch notes:
- fixed bug where players would spawn in blocks
- fixed bug where players could send empty messages in chat
- added Esc menu to exit games
- fixed bug where players would get stuck after being killed and now go back to the title screen
- added close button to title screen
- chat now focuses when pressing enter key
- increased server performance
