Bugfixes and engine work

I was on the road this week in the beautiful forests of south western Australia, so I only managed to squeeze in a bit of dev time on Asterogue. Here’s what I got done:
- Asteroid field background tiles in.
- Made assets project-local no HTTP requested.
- Updated game icons.
- Got Android build working.
- Numerous graphics + tile fixes.
- Fixed item pickup issues.
- Fixed “drop item” button look.
- Prevent drag-to-scroll on mobile.
- Fixes to combat mechanic.
Issue tracker status: 17 todo / 5 in play / 10 done
